Maintenance & Reporting of repairs
Here you can report any fault, damage or repairs needed across Kennet Island. This included the parks, communal areas, gardens & landscaping, parking bays and apartment blocks.
You can also view a list of the upcoming annual scheduled maintenance & services.
All residences pay a base service charge to contribute to the upkeep of outside common areas, parks, landscaping and shared facilities. The maintenance of the larger apartment blocks are only paid as a premium by the residents of those blocks that are not open to the rest of Kennet Island, for example costs of lifts & enclosed parking.

Step 1: Visit: www.pbm-property.com and select ''Request a repair'' button at the top of the website.
Step 2: Select the repair or maintenance topic, such as ''Bike Store'' or ''Communal Gates'' or ''Cleaning''
Step 3: Add any pictures or photos of the damage or maintenance needed or exact location to help
Step 4: Add the location details, address of the property or area needing maintenance
Step 5: Add your contact details to be updated on the progress of the maintenance / any questions needed
Step 6: Confirm and submit the maintenance request
