Kennet Island Resident Steering Group, RMC & PBM Property Management
The RMC - Residents Management Company is the company that manages the Kennet Island residential area. The RMC is currently lead by Berkeley Homes - the Developer & Freeholder for Kennet Island.
The Steering Group is made up of local residents, representing all residents from across Kennet Island, from freeholders to leaseholders, private and social renting and individual houses to large apartment buildings.
The RMC & representatives of the Residents Steering Group meet regularly with the assigned property management company, PBM; to discuss and instruct them; on all areas of focus or concern of the residents. Buildings and maintenance. Service charges and facilities.
All residents are welcome to contribute to the RMC via the residents steering group, however the decisions made by the RMC are down to the company's directors only. The RMC is currently controlled by a sole Director of the Freeholder - Berkeley Homes. However, the RMC is in the process of hand over to Resident Directors from the Steering Group, as Berkeley finish the final apartments, road adoptions to Reading Borough Council & complete Kennet Island for residents. Once this has happened and Berkeley leave the site, the RMC will be managed by Kennet Island Resident Directors.

''Have your Say'' Meeting with RBC & TVP

Where: Kennet Island - The Meeting Point, Tean House Ground Floor
Open to all KI residents, PBM have arranged a Have Your Say meeting with Reading Borough Council Labour Councillors; Micky Leng and Alice Coles as well as Thames Valley Police in attendance. Please make every effort to attend. You can talk to the Police and Councillors to get updates, Raise concerns and provide any evidence you may have with councillors and police for Anti-Social Behaviour, crime, street lighting, fly-tipping and waste issues locally.
Kennet Island - Quarterly RMC Meeting with PBM

Kennet Island Residents Management Company meeting, Wednesday 27th March - 5:45-7pm - all leaseholders & property owners registered with PBM will have received joining instructions today via the email notification. If you are a leaseholder / owner and have not received the email, please contact PBM via email. Tenants and Renters should contact your Landlord or Housing Association to raise any questions and any information you wish to receive. This meeting is separate from the all resident meeting in which we discuss areas such as local community events or security, this is predominantly a financial accounts meeting.
